					<description><![CDATA[Mr. Riddell, needs to get his facts straight regarding the Habitat Affiliate in Flagstaff.  Habitat built three houses -- for 3 deserving families -- for a total of $240,000 over a 9 month period from September 2008 through May 2009 -- following a 5 year building hiatus.  These houses were built with professional contractors and volunteers and it was the Habitat Board of Directors who directed the administration to build the 3 houses which necessitated the borrowing of the referenced money.  The Board remains pretty much in tact from the last Build.  It  will be interesting to see if it can build one house in nine months let alone the 4 that were planned.  The Habitat Mission is laudable, but the current paid administration is laughable]]></description>
