Ray/Dobson delays start July 5

West Chandler residents may want to avoid the intersection of Ray Road at Dobson Road for the next four months following the start of a construction project getting underway July 5. 

Once the work is completed, eastbound motorists who want to turn right on Dobson will get some welcome relief and a speedier commute, especially during peak traffic hours, thanks to a new right-turn bay.

In addition to the turn bay, the project will feature new sidewalk ramps at each corner of the intersection to comply with design standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
