This caused the removal of scameras on Grand Ave in El Mirage speed traps and on SR87 in Star Valley east of Payson on their revenue raisers.
Why does Chandler still have scameras on Az Ave at Warner, Ray, and Ocotillo Roads? Az Ave is also SR87!

This makes the cameras very profitable, but makes them government-run for-profit rackets to enforce for profits. But enforcement for profits is 100% wrong 100% of the time.

If governments were not the business partners of the for-profit camera companies, these scams could be investigated under RICO statutes for racketeering.
