They lack knowledge, education, customer service, and respect for the art and entertainment industry. Everybody that answers the phone say they are the manager. It can be a place with great promise by educating employees. Artist are looking for a place. The waitress knew nothing about the basics of the wine list. Bare minimal! We need authentic establishments in Arizona, if you gonna do it, do it right Ron!
