I learned a lot about Mrs. Minger that I didn’t know. She is someone I’ve known all my life as I grew up in Tipton. As an adult, I became editor of the local paper after she and her husband retired, and she was a very appreciated contributor. We have family in Phoenix, so get to see Mrs. Minger when visiting.
