					<description><![CDATA[Wow, just what the community needs another car shop.  What a great place to put it,  not.  If the gas station that was there could not make enough to keep it going with many more services available than this place, how does an oil change shop expect to thrive.  I predict that it will be gone in a years time.  Maybe they should put a battery servicing shop with it considering the trending all electric cars coming in the near future.   Poor use of a greaqt corner!]]></description>
