Actually habitat for humanity build my step dad’s house and it was a really nice house it was well put together definitely didn’t lose it and sold it for a killer profit before that the mortgage was cheaper than an actual apartment so maybe you should check your facts before you bump them gums.LOL

But we need multi mixed zoning family homes. Affordability is just not about low cost to own /rent a living space. It’s also the ability to shop, enjoy, commute without having to own a car as well

Habitat for humanity are con artists. Who would want a home built by the lowest bidder by someone who doesn’t know how to build good homes. You should really do a piece on the behind the curtains for this “charity”.
This is an all for profit company. Which builds few subpar houses and nets insane benefits in the way of cash and land.
People should do their homework before signing into one of these poorly made, expensive houses. *(it’s called affordable housing, but saying that doesn’t make it so, and the leans will leave you in debt and eventually without a house).
Like most charities. It’s rotten inside.
