Thanksgiving Day & Holiday Weekend Service Schedule for Chandler

CHANDLER, Ariz. – City of Chandler service closures for Thanksgiving Day and the day after, November 22-23, are as follows:

• City administrative offices will be closed both days.
• No recycling or trash collection on Thanksgiving Day. If your regular collection day is Thursday, place your container at the curb Friday by 6 a.m. Friday collection rolls to Saturday.
• Recycling Solid Waste Collection Center (residential drop-off facility) is closed on Thursday, November 22, and open on Friday, November 23.
• Tumbleweed Recreation Center (TRC) and the Chandler Tennis Center at Tumbleweed Park will be closed November 24. The TRC will reopen on Friday, November 25, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Tennis Center will resume normal hours of operation on Friday, November 25.
• Environmental Education Center, Snedigar Recreation Center, Senior Center and downtown Community Center will be closed both days.
• Libraries (Downtown, Basha, Hamilton, Sunset) will be closed both days.
• Chandler Museum at McCullough-Price House will be closed both days.
